These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern all access to and use of the no7777 platform, including the website at no7777.asia, all associated games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support channels. By creating an account with no7777 or accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — including accounts registered under different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.
4.2 During registration, Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information including their full legal name (as it appears on their CNIC), Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.
4.3 no7777 reserves the right to request a certified copy of the Player's CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage. Requests for KYC documentation must be responded to within 14 calendar days, failing which the Account may be restricted.
4.4 Account registration does not confer any proprietary rights upon the Player. The Account is a licence to use the no7777 platform granted by the Company and may be revoked in accordance with these Terms.
5.1 Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their no7777 login credentials, including their mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Credentials must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
5.2 Players must notify no7777 immediately upon becoming aware of or suspecting any unauthorised access to, or use of, their Account. Notification should be made via the no7777 support channels. no7777 will take reasonable steps to investigate reported security incidents.
5.3 no7777 will not be liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials. Bets placed and transactions conducted through a Player's Account prior to notification of unauthorised access will be treated as valid unless no7777 determines, at its sole discretion, that fraud has demonstrably occurred.
5.4 Players are advised to use the two-factor authentication feature available on the no7777 platform. Enabling two-factor authentication significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access.
6.1 no7777 accepts deposits exclusively through the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of transaction. Currently supported methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Digital Banking, and Meezan Bank. This list may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
6.2 All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the name of the registered no7777 Account holder. Third-party deposits — payments made using an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of the deposited amount.
6.3 no7777 does not charge fees for deposits. However, Players acknowledge that payment service providers (such as JazzCash or EasyPaisa) may apply their own transaction fees, which are the responsibility of the Player.
6.4 The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 (Pakistani Rupees). Maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method and Player verification status.
6.5 Deposits credited to a no7777 Account are used for gaming purposes only. Deposited funds that are not wagered may be withdrawn subject to the withdrawal conditions set out in Section 7.
7.1 Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section and the identity verification requirements of Section 4.

7.4 no7777 targets the following processing timeframes, which are estimates and not guarantees: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals — under 10 minutes for verified accounts; bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) — within one business day. Actual processing times may be affected by payment provider processing schedules, additional verification requirements, or compliance review procedures.
7.5 no7777 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing withdrawal requests above threshold amounts or where the platform identifies unusual transaction patterns. Withdrawal processing will be suspended pending receipt and verification of requested documents.
7.6 Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Any withdrawal request made while active bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled may result in the forfeiture of the applicable Bonus balance.

8.2 Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, the following standard Bonus conditions apply:

8.4 Players who, in the reasonable determination of no7777, are found to be abusing the Bonus system — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple Welcome Bonuses, placing bets that hedge Bonus wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, or any other conduct that is inconsistent with genuine gaming activity — may have their Bonuses cancelled, Accounts suspended, and associated funds forfeited.
8.5 Bonuses are personal and cannot be transferred to another Account or Player.

9.2 In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error occurring during a game or sporting event, no7777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the wagered amount to the Player. Winnings generated during a period of confirmed technical malfunction will not be paid.

11.1 All content on the no7777 platform — including but not limited to the no7777 brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, written content, graphics, and audio-visual elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of no7777 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the no7777 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any no7777 content.
11.3 Any unauthorised use of no7777's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability.

13.1 The no7777 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no7777 excludes all representations and warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, in connection with the platform and its services.
